Tiger's career has had its ups and its downs, and his personal life has been no different. But the golfing world came to a stand still this past February, when Tiger was involved in a near-fatal car accident, that left his vehicle completely mangled, and left Tiger with severe injuries. Since the accident, not much had been heard from the golfer or his representatives surrounding his recovery.

But this past week, Tiger fans got to see their idol doing very well once again. Tiger posted a short video showing him hitting golf balls on a driving range on Sunday, nine months after the 15-time major champion suffered terrible leg injuries that required surgery after the crash.

"Making progress," Woods wrote in the caption to his post. This was the first time he has been seen swinging a club since that February accident, and doctors gave him the all-clear to get back on the green, much to the excitement of many.

This video will boost everyone's hopes that the 45-year-old American will return to competitive golfing, after his accident raised major concerns about whether he could make another comeback this time.

He already had to previously take a hiatus from the sport following a series of injury setbacks, including emergency surgery on his back a whopping five times. It remains to be seen whether or not he will compete any time soon, but just seeing him swing a club after so long is already cause for celebration!
