Growing up in Pennsylvania, Aileen Quinn was introduced to the entertainment business at a young age - her mother was a TV, video, and stage actress and a singer. When she was just four years old, she was already participating in tap and ballet classes!

It was in 1981 where she landed her first role with Burt Reynolds in the movie Paternity, saying a mere one line in the film! That same year, she auditioned against 8,000 other girls for the main role of the orphan "Annie". 

For her role in Annie, she was nominated for two Golden Globe awards! One for Best Actress - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and another for New Star of the Year - Actress!

After her success of Annie, she appeared in three Broadway productions of Fiddler on the Roof, Peter Pan and Saturday Night Fever. She also starred in the Disney movie, The Frog Prince (1986).

In 1994, she attended Drew University in New Jersey where she majored in Spanish with a minor in political science!

Today, the Broadway star, singer, and actress is still working in show business! Aileen formed a Swing and Blues band called Aileen Quinn and the Leapin' Lizards, who released their second album in November 2019!

She also most recently guest-starred in an episode of Will & Grace last year! Aside from acting and singing, Quinn also teaches Master's classes in drama and musical theatre... impressive!
