Hard to believe that it's been sixteen years since we first fell in love with Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz in the hit series Bones. "Special Agent Seeley Booth" and "Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan" changed quite a bit over the course of the twelve years the show was on the air.

Emily Deschanel (47) and David Boreanaz (54) starred in Bones for more than a decade. "Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan" was just twenty-nine when she was first cast. Although it has to be said, Emily has aged very well indeed over the years! She married screenwriter David Hornsby and they have two sons, Henry, born in 2011, and Calvin, born in 2015.

Her co-star David Boreanaz also still looks great at fifty-four years of age. He was only thirty-six when he first joined the cast of Bones alongside co-star Emily. The handsome actor has been married to Jaime Bergman since 2001 and they have two children.

Fans were devastated when it was announced in February of 2017 that the 12th season was to be the last of the hit show Bones. "Dr. Brennan" and "Seeley Booth's" stories finally reached a conclusion after a whopping 246 truly great episodes. The season finale aired on 28th March 2017.
