Cindy Crawford is spreading positivity

The supermodel gets real with the public and shares some intimate photos of her home births in hopes of spreading some positivity to pregnant women around the world.

Crawford, who is a mother to supermodel Kaia Gerber, and son Presley Gerber, shared the pictures of her own birth experience.

“This is a challenging time for all of us but my heart especially goes out to expecting mothers and their partners,” she captioned the photo.

She also confirmed that she would be doing a live Q&A with an at-home birth doula, Carson Meyer.

Crawford encouraged women who may be considering the option of an at-home birth, to submit questions to her.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many pregnant women are concerned about what their birth will look like, as hospitals all over the world are constantly changing their policies.

She previously opened up about her experience to SheKnows in 2011.

In her interview she stated, "I started going to a prenatal yoga class that a friend of mine suggested. I started that when I was probably 24 weeks. That was the first place where I ever heard inklings that there were other ways to do it.”
