Ryan Phillippe was born on September 10th, 1974 in New Castle, Delaware. His acting debut was in the ABC daytime drama One Life to Live playing the role of "Billy Douglas" from 1992 to 1993.

From then on, he got some pretty prestigious roles in films like I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), 54 (1998), and of course Cruel Intentions (1999).
