Gabrielle Union was never quiet about her brief season on America's Got Talent, and has spoken out against the discrimination she felt she endured while working for NBC.
Now, one year later, Union and NBC seem to have reached an amicable conclusion to the back and forth dialogue that has caused some drama behind the scenes.

Gabrielle Union and NBC have been battling it out this past year, as the actress felt she suffered discrimination in the workplace, and was outspoken about her short time working on set for America's Got Talent.
The network and Union's reps released a joint statement, according to People, that detailed their "amicable resolution."
"We’ve reached an amicable resolution," the statement read. "NBC Entertainment appreciates the important concerns raised by Gabrielle Union and remains committed to ensuring an inclusive and supportive working environment where people of all backgrounds can be treated with respect."

Gabrielle Union Feels That NBC Needs To Do More When It Comes To Combating Workplace Harassment
It was reported last November that Union would not be returning to the show, and days later Variety magazine released information detailing Union's experience of racial insensitivity while on set.
Union at the time expressed concerns that she and other women on set were given "excessive notes" about their appearance. Union's exit from the show launched an investigation of NBC, and Union had since taken legal action against the production company.
At the time, Union's lawyers issued another statement to People that read, "Gabrielle Union informed NBC of racially offensive conduct during the taping of America’s Got Talent, NBC did not 'stand' with her in 'outrage at acts of racism.' Instead, NBC did not care enough to either promptly investigate Ms. Union’s complaints or even ask HR to get involved."
The statement continued, "Rather, NBC stood against her and directed its 'outrage' at Ms. Union for whistleblowing about the racially offensive conduct she experienced while working for NBC on America’s Got Talent."
While the latest statement doesn't detail what the conclusion is, both reps conclude that the issue has been put to rest.
