Actor Gary Cole has been appearing in films and series for decades now. But he recently joined one of TV's top shows in NCIS.
Cole debuted on NCIS in 2021 after the exit of leading man Mark Harmon. He plays "Alden Parker," the ex-FBI agent and new head of NCIS.

In his 60s, Gary Cole may be a bit older than you'd have guessed. But would you recognize the currently bearded and grey actor in younger days?
Cole has been acting since the early 1980s, and here's a shot of the star in one of his very first roles.
It's Gary Cole in the 1984 miniseries Fatal Vision. He was in his late 20s at the time.
Over the years, the actor also had memorable parts in Office Space, Dodgeball, and The Brady Bunch Movie, where he played none other than "Mike Brady."
