Actor Gary Cole has been appearing in films and series for decades now. But he recently joined one of TV's top shows in NCIS.

Cole debuted on NCIS in 2021 after the exit of leading man Mark Harmon. He plays "Alden Parker," the ex-FBI agent and new head of NCIS.
