Melissa Fumero from Gossip Girl was born on August 19, 1982, in New Jersey. The daughter of Cuban parents, Melissa would move to NYC following high school to pursue her passion for acting at New York University. 

After graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, it wouldn't take Melissa long to land her first part on hit soap opera One Life to Live. From there, her career would only go uphill!

Melissa Fumero would take on the part of "Adriana", "Dorian Cramer Lord's" long-lost daughter on One Life to Live, becoming the second actress to play the character. Melissa would stay with the show until 2007 when she dropped to reoccurring status before her character was officially written off the show in 2008. 

Now free to take on other roles, Melissa's next big TV appearance would come on hit teen drama Gossip Girl. Following the lives of some of New York City's wealthiest Upper East Side teenagers, Melissa would take on the role of "Zoe", one of "Blair Waldorf's" (Leighton Meester) trusty minions, in 2010 for five episodes.

While her time on Gossip Girl was short-lived, Melissa Fumero made a memorable impact on fans. By the time she took on the lead role of "Amy Santiago" opposite actor and comedian, Andy Samberg on police comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine in 2013, Melissa had developed quite the fan base!

Melissa's biggest fan to date, however, remains her husband of almost 14 years, her One Life to Live co-star David Fumero. The pair became inseparable after meeting on the set of the show and now have two adorable sons together Enzo (5) and baby Axel! 

At 39, Melissa Fumero has achieved success and a beautiful family! We cannot wait to see what the future holds in store for the talented actress and will always remember Melissa Fumero on Gossip Girl
