Their relationship was always topsy turvy, and now, so is their divorce. On Sept. 29, the singer sued Musk in order to "establish parental relationship," as 'Pitchfork' reports. The suit comes weeks after Grimes responded to a photo that Walter Isaacson, Musk's biographer, posted on X. It set off a whirlwind of comments on social media that have spiced up their fight.
Grimes wants her kids with her
The photo showed Musk sitting with Neuralink director Shivon Zilis and the twins they quietly had together in November 2021. In a since-deleted post, Grimes said, "Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer."
