A retired optometrist said that the actor-turned-lifestyle influencer violently crashed into him while skiing that year, at one of the most upscale ski resorts in the whole of the United States. Attorneys are seeking full damages in court on behalf of the plaintiff, 76-year old Terry Sanderson.
Gwyneth Paltrow is fast becoming infamous
He said Paltrow was cruising down the slopes so recklessly that they crashed leaving him on the ground. She and her entourage apparently continued their descent down Deer Valley Resort, a skiers-only mountain known for big money clients. This is how attorneys made their case:
