In the Harry Potter series, "Shell Cottage" was the home of "Bill Weasley" and "Fleur Delacour."
In the seventh part of the series, "Harry," "Ron," and "Hermione" visit "Shell Cottage" after being held captive by the "Malfoys."
Why is the location full of painted rocks?
The shell-covered house was specially built for the filming. The set was constructed on Freshwater West Beach in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
After filming, the house was removed, but the grave of the house-elf "Dobby" remained. The beloved character died right on that beach in the dunes, where "Harry" laid him to rest and placed a gravestone in his memory.

While the grave itself is no longer there, many fans have left mementos in the dunes as tributes.
The spot where "Dobby" was laid to rest in the film is right by the sea on one of the dunes. Fans of the franchise often visit this place to pay their respects to the character.
