The wedding, which was set to take place in Italy, had to be cancelled multiple times due to new measures in place.

"We postponed the wedding twice," she told the outlet. "We had planned what we really, really wanted to do, [but] I don’t know if we’ll be able to re-create that. We cancelled it, and since then we haven’t really talked about it. There’s no rush. We want to do it right when we can do it."

"We just have to wait to see where the world lands," she added.

Lopez also revealed on her Instagram that she would be performing at the presidential inauguration next Wednesday.

The full interview will be featured in Elle's February 2021 issue.
