Kate Garraway shared a lovely video of her son, Billy, who made a little Lego platform with all the members of their family. His Dad, Derek, is in the middle standing on a platform. The post's caption also explains that Kate had Derek on FaceTime during the clap for carers last night, which is why she didn't post a video of the clapping.

Kate Garraway Shares Update On Husband Derek

"So our #nhsclap was a little different tonight. We still clapped & cheered as much as ever but I couldn’t film on my phone as had Derek on FaceTime throughout! - of course we can’t KNOW but I believe he can hear us & thought at least the incredible @nhs team’s looking after him would hear a fraction of our gratitude," the Good Morning Britain presenter wrote.

Kate went on "to say thank you for fighting to bring him back to us," noting that she hopes the hospital staff will let Derek have the Lego creation beside his bed. Other celebrities and fans were quick to take to the comments sending their love and prayers to Kate and her family during these difficult times.

There is still hope for Kate's husband Derek Draper, although he remains in critical condition at the hospital. Our thoughts are with Kate and her family!
