Kevin Spacey hospitalized after going numb in Uzbekistan

Actor Kevin Spacey had a scary medical incident while attending the Tashkent International Film Festival in Uzbekistan. He was at the Afrasiyab Museum when he became unwell. After returning to the film festival, he addressed the audience during the closing ceremony to explain the situation.

"I suddenly felt my entire left arm go numb for about eight seconds," the actor says. "I shook it off, but I immediately told the people I was with what had just happened and with their advice we went immediately to the medical centre".

After undergoing an MRI scan, Kevin Spacey says his test results came back clear. "Everything turned out to be completely normal, and I’m of course grateful it’s not anything more serious," says the actor.
