Khloé Kardashian and Tristan are set to have another child with the help of a surrogate, an insider told People in mid-July. They revealed, "we can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November." The rep continued, "Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," according to People.
In 2018 Khloé and Tristan became parents for the first time to their daughter True. Since then, there have been problems between the couple in their relationship.
