In a heartwarming twist of fate, Gladstone confessed to 'PEOPLE' that she was head-over-heels for 'Titanic' as a young fan, even splurging her allowance on the iconic double VHS set from Toys ‘R’ Us. From fan to film: A dream come true

Before he was her on-screen hubby, Leonardo DiCaprio (actor, 48) was the dreamy "Jack Dawson," capturing hearts worldwide, including a young Gladstone's. "Leo was great in it because Jack Dawson was great," she gushed, reminiscing about her sixth-grade crushes that she projected onto DiCaprio's character. But who could blame her? We all wanted to be drawn like one of "Jack"s French girls!Fast-forward to the present, and Gladstone is sharing the screen with her former idol in Martin Scorsese's latest masterpiece. In 'Killers of the Flower Moon,' she portrays "Mollie Kyle," an Osage Indian caught in a web of love and deceit. DiCaprio's character, "Ernest Burkhart," is at the center of the film's gripping question: Is his love for Mollie genuine, or is it all for her wealth?

A seamless on-screen chemistry

Gladstone couldn't stop raving about DiCaprio's collaborative spirit. "We worked together very easily," she revealed to EW, sharing how they crafted a unique actors’ language that brought their characters' complex relationship to life. Their on-screen dynamic is set to captivate audiences and possibly snag that coveted Best Picture at next year's Oscars, according to EW's Oscars expert Joey Nolfi.
