Before his big break as "Albert" on 'Little House on the Prairie', Matthew Labyorteaux already gained some experience in front of the camera. Actually, his career began with a commercial. When he accompanied his brother Patrick Laborteaux to a casting call at the age of seven, he was discovered and landed his first part in the movie 'A Woman Under the Influence'.
