The rapper was the headliner of the event and was on stage when a stampede in the crowd broke out killing and injuring several victims...including children. Several videos from within the crowd showed concertgoers begging Travis to stop the concert, but the rapper kept "raging" despite the ongoing pleas from the crowd!
Travis is not all clear yet
After the fact, the smoke cleared and the evidence came out. And many pundits blamed the rapper. Travis had been stoking the flames of chaos before and during the concert inciting fans to go wild, but his attorneys have argued otherwise.

And now, Scott has been found innocent of any charges and involvement in the tragedy. "Travis Scott has been inaccurately and wrongly singled out, despite stopping the show three separate times and being unaware of the events as they were unfolding," his rep told TMZ...
