In this week's tragedy, where a shooter opened fire in an elementary school in Nashville, many were left in disbelief at the news. And Melissa was right next to the epicentre as she herself describes in an Instagram post saying this:
A terrible situation all around...
"My kids go to school right next to a school where there was a shooting today. We moved here from Connecticut, where we were in a school a little ways down from Sandy Hook, so this is our second experience with a school shooting with our kids being in close proximity," she said.
