Olivia Munn: Check Out Her Best Roles So Far

Born July 3, 1980, Olivia Munn didn't have the easiest childhood. When her mother, who was born and raised in Vietnam, divorced her father, Olivia was just two-years-old. Her family would relocate a number of times due to her mother's position in the military, and on one relocation her mother met Olivia's step-father who became verbally abusive to Olivia and her siblings over the years. Returning to the States, Olivia wouldn't let the hardships of her childhood define her, and  completed a degree in journalism and minor in dramatic arts before starting her rise to fame!

After getting her start at Fox Sports Networks, Olivia Munn decided live sports-casting was not for her. Moving to LA to pursue an acting career, Olivia would take on the role of teen surfer "Mily Acuna" on TV drama Beyond the Break before landing a spot as co-host on G4 Network's Attack of the Show!. While Munn wasn't at first considered to take the role due to her lack of video game knowledge, producers took a chance that paid off and audiences loved her!

After four years of co-hosting Attack of the Show!, Olivia Munn would briefly work for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, along with smaller parts in Date Night (2010) and Iron Man 2 (2010) before landing a spot on hit political drama series The Newsroom! With Munn's journalism background the role of "Sloan Sabbith" was perfect for her and would gain her international recognition!

Following The Newsroom, Olivia Munn became a name everyone in Hollywood recognized, and she would go on to star in a string of hit films including 2012 comedy Magic Mike. It's no surprise a film starring both the gorgeous Olivia and handsome hunk Channing Tatum was bound for box-office success!

Proving to be a woman of many talents, Olivia Munn would take on the horror genre with 2014's Deliver Us From Evil. While many critics saw the film an epic flop in the scare department, we can't help but love Olivia's character, and she even became a believer herself after working on the film!

Olivia Munn would switch back to comedy for this next film, 2015's Mortdecai. With an all-star cast including Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow the film was slated to be a box-office success. To the dismay of many, the film was a complete flop earning both Depp and Paltrow a Golden Raspberry Award nomination. Despite the negative reviews, Olivia still managed to shine in the film and deliver an outstanding performance!

Olivia Munn is truly a lady of many talents, and we just love her in this next film! Taking on the part of super-heroine "Elizabeth Braddock/ Psylocke" in 2016's X-Men sequel, X-Men: Apocalypse, Olivia exudes strength and beauty and is an inspiration for women everywhere! 

Olivia Munn has proven time and again that she is more than meets the eye! Talented, gorgeous and having a sense of humor, Olivia couldn't wait to take on this next role. Voicing the character of "Coco" in The Lego Ninjago Movie, Olivia keeps audiences laughing all the way through! 

Most recently, Olivia Munn has moved back to television with a role in History channel's military drama Six. Playing a CIA operative, Olivia was super excited to take on the part because of her mom's past service in the military, and her performance proves how comfortable she felt in the part!

It's hard to believe this beauty has just turned 45, she still doesn't look a day over 30! Olivia has been open about her breast cancer diagnosis as she has been sharing updates this past year with fans. We were her all the best in her health.
