Elinor Teresa Newman aka "Nell", was born on April 8, 1959.
She briefly worked as a child star between the '60s and '70s, appearing the lead role in 'Rachel, Rachel' under Paul's direction.
Nell then went on to study human ecology and has been building a career as a biologist and environmentalist ever since. In 1993 she founded Newman's Own Organics, a pet food production company whose products are based on organic ingredients.
She has been happily married to Gary Irving since the year 2005.

Melissa Stewart Newman was born on September 27, 1961.
She followed in her parents' footsteps and has built a career in show business. At age seven, Melissa appeared in 'Rachel, Rachel' too, and then landed roles in the 1970, 1978 and 1990 films 'See How She Runs', 'Sometimes a Great Notion' and 'Mr. & Mrs. Bridge'.
Melissa has been married to Raphael Elkind and is a proud mother to two children.
