Kourtney Kardashian (44) and Travis Barker (47) were in joyful anticipation of their first child together, but then it suddenly became serious. As the reality starlet reported on Instagram, she recently had to have emergency surgery!

"I will forever be grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby's life," she writes, thanking her husband in particular:
'I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock," Kourtney continues. Travis Barker canceled his European shows and immediately traveled back to America to be with his beloved.
The operation saved her unborn baby. Kourtney still has to give birth. Let's hope that the boy will be born healthy! After all, this child is the couple's dream.
