• Erika Jayne has been on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since 2016
  • Erika divorced Tom Girardi after 20 years of marriage
  • Girardi has multiple lawsuits filed against him for fraud and embezzling money from charities

In a new lawsuit, Erika Jayne is slapped with a hefty $2.1 million against her, claiming that she knew all along what was going on with the law firm of her husband at the time, Tom Girardi.

The lawsuit claims that Jayne "aided and abetted" Girardi in moving money falsely at his very highly regarded law firm, Girardi and Kleese.

Erika Jayne hits the courtroom again

During the latest season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans watched Erika Girardi, now sticking to her stage name, Erika Jayne, fall apart over her ex-husband's major fraud crimes.

The money, which was meant for victims of a plane crash, was allegedly funnelled directly into the notoriously wealthy couple's pockets. In November of 2020, Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi, which apparently was just a scheme to embezzle more funds. Tom Girardi is currently under conservatorship since his mental health decline, diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia following the divorce.

While Erika's attorney denies any involvement, she's been slapped hard with a new lawsuit claiming that she knew about more than what she's saying she does!

Also Interesting:

Erika's attorney claims these allegations are completely false and released a statement to People, stating, "The complaint is another misguided effort to blame Erika for the conduct of others in which she had no part."

The attorney also adds, "Erika has no law degree and never worked at or managed her former husband's law firm. Whatever Mr. Girardi or others at his law firm did or said to the plaintiffs, in this case, Erika had no knowledge or role in any of it."

The lawsuit has been filed by the parents of the late NFL player, Chuck Osborne, who passed away from head trauma. The parents are claiming that Erika knew about the scheme and that Girardi was using the client's money to fund their lavish lifestyle.

Osbourne's mother hired Girardi when she sued the NFL over her son's death. After the settlement, Girardi was supposed to disperse the money properly, which she claims never happened.

The statement released by the Osbourne family also read that Erika was "intimately involved in Girardi & Keese's business dealings."

Stay tuned for how this plays out!
