Enrique Martín Morales was born on December 24, 1971 in San Juan Puerto Rico. However, he rose to fame after joining the group Menudo in 1984. Later in 1991, he participated in the Mexican telenovela Alcanzar una Estrella II, which allowed him to increase his popularity, and that same year he released his debut solo material, titled Ricky Martin, with which he reached position 5 on the list from Billboard Latin Pop Albums.
