Sara Gilbert dated her also Roseanne co-star Johnny Galecki when they were teenagers. During their relationship, she realized she was gay. "I thought he was super cute and I had a total crush on him. And we started dating and he would come over and we would, like, make out, and then I would start to get depressed," explained the 49-year-old actress during an interview with The Talk.
How did Johnny react to Sara's unusual actions?
At some point in their relationship, Galecki started to feel offended by Sara's actions, so she eventually had to explain that everything was about her sexuality. "He was super sweet about it. [He said] 'I love you and I think it’s really important and I’m so proud of you. If you want, I will be there and I will hold your hand,'" the actress revealed.
