Phylicia Rashad started to build her acting career in the early 1970s. Still, she gained public attention in the mid-1980s for her role as "Clair Huxtable" in the legendary American sitcom The Cosby Show, where she shared credits with stars like Bill Cosby and Lisa Bonet, among others.
