The Late Kirstie Alley: All About Her Kids

Born in Wichita, Kansas on January 12, 1951, Kirstie Alley was a very talented actress who started her career in the late '70s.

She appeared in an episode of the 1978 science-fiction show 'Quark', but her rise to fame took place a couple years later by joining the cast of 'Cheers'. For her role as "Rebecca" in the latter, from 1987 to 1993, Kirstie won a Golden Globe and an Emmy.

From 1997 to 2000 she played "Veronica" in NBC's show 'Veronicas Closet'. Then she went on to star in 'Time Crashers' and 'Scream Queens,' as well as in 'Dancing with the Stars' as a contestant for a total of 34 episodes.

As of the big screen, her major credits include films 'Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan' from 1982, and 'Look Who's Talking' from 1989, as well as its two sequels 'Look Who's Talking Too' and 'Look Who's Talking Now', from 1990 and 1993 respectively.

In 1983, the actress married actor Parker Stevenson, known for 'Baywatch' and 'The Hardy Boys'.

Eventually, Kirstie got pregnant but she sadly had a miscarriage. The pair then went on to adopt their first child in 1992, son William True.

In 1995 they welcomed daughter Lillie Price, who was also adopted.

Kirstie and Parker divorced in 1997. Prior to their marriage, from 1971 to 1977, she was married to her high-school sweetheart, Bob Alley.

Kirstie's children were no strangers to the red carpet and fans got to see them together at certain events.

In this picture, for instance, the family attended the 'Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea' Los Angeles premiere, in 2000.

In 2010, Kirstie and her children were seen together once again at a red carpet event, this time at the 'Runaways' New York City premiere.

William True Stevenson is Kirstie's eldest child, who is turning 32 in 2024.

He got married to his high school sweetheart, Sarah, at the age of 17, after one year together. At the time, Kirstie said in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that "if somebody's in love and wants to be married then let them be in love and get married."

In 2016 Kirstie Alley became a grandmother after True and Sarah welcomed their first child together, son Waylon. 

In an interview with 'People' at the time, Kirstie gushed about the little one, as she had just spent Christmas with him. She said: "My son and his girlfriend came to work for me for three months, so I had my grandson with me for three months and it was nothing short of stupendous and exhilarating."

Lillie Parker is turning 30 years old in 2024. Although she and her brother used to accompany Kirstie to several events, they stayed out of the public eye while growing up.

In 2014 Lillie mourned the loss of her then-partner, Nick Trela, who tragically died in a motorcycle accident. 

Lillie eventually found love again! In 2017 she got engaged to Chaffee Burkhart Graham, whom with she welcomed baby boy Ripp four years later.

In October 2023, the family welcomed a new member: daughter Teddy Louise!
