The Most Famous Indigenous Celebrities!

Some celebrities like Buffy Sainte-Marie are integral figureheads in Indigenous art, and talk frequently about their heritage! It's an important part of the content they create, and with Sainte-Marie, her music has inspired us all!

Other artists are less obviously deep-rooted in their Indigenous heritage, and you may not know they are in fact descendants of our First Nations in North America. Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Keidis has Cherokee roots, and even has tattoos to nod to his past!
