Lauren Lane found fame starring in the hit nineties series The Nanny. As "C.C. Babcock" she wowed audiences with her portrayal of an arrogant, unfeeling businesswoman from money. She was the exact opposite of "Fran Fine", played by Fran Drescher.
She was constantly getting into arguments with "Max Sheffield's" butler, "Niles" (Daniel Davis). However, passionate hate transformed into passionate love and "Niles" and "C.C." ended up becoming an item. "C.C." married "Niles" in the last ever episode. In the series finale, it was also (finally!) revealed that "C.C.'s" full first name is "Chastity Claire".
