Deborah Finck, known for her role on the reality show 'Nanny 911' and as a popular TikToker, has passed away at the age of 57 after a five-year battle with leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of soft tissue cancer.
Her daughter, Katerina, one of Finck’s six children from three sets of twins, announced her mother’s death on social media on Tuesday, January 14. Katerina had been documenting her mother's health journey on the platform, where she has over 680,000 followers, since 2020.

In the final weeks of her life, Deborah Finck recorded heartfelt videos to say goodbye to her children and her husband, Paul. In one emotional TikTok video, she expressed how meaningful it was for her to offer hope to others.
“It meant a lot to me that you shared that,” she said in a message to a fan inspired by her story to cope with depression and anxiety. “Maybe that was my purpose.”
