• Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are going strong
  • Travis recently apologized to her dad
  • THIS is the reason

On the latest episode of his 'New Heights' podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end dished out the details on his whirlwind trip to Argentina, all to support his pop princess, Taylor Swift, during her electrifying "Eras Tour"! Despite his vow to zip it on personal matters, Kelce's love life is anything but a tight end secret. The football star openly admitted that his Buenos Aires escapade was no hush-hush affair.

A public affair to remember!

And why should it be? When Taylor Swift changes her tune for you, it's a shout-it-from-the-rooftops kind of moment! In a sizzling stage surprise, Swift altered the lyrics of her hit "Karma," serenading "the guy on the Chiefs" instead of "the guy on the screen."

What a moment in time! The crowd went wild, and even Scott Swift, Taylor's dad, couldn't contain his excitement, reaching out for a high-five with Kelce. But, oops! The tight end missed the mark, leaving Scott hanging. This was a fumble that his brother Jason Kelce gleefully called out on the podcast. They are known to banter often. And banter they did.

"Mr. Swift, I apologize big guy," Travis lamented, adding, "I never miss a high-five, too. Big high-five guy!" It seems Kelce had an inkling about the lyrical switch-up but was still floored when Taylor made it official. "I was like oh shhh…she really just said that?" he marveled.

The night before the concert, Kelce broke bread with Mr. Swift, charming him into sporting a Chiefs lanyard despite his Eagles allegiance. Jason Kelce couldn't resist a playful jab, questioning Scott's loyalty over a dinner table conversion.

Travis also touched on Taylor's disappointment over a weather-induced postponement, praising her commitment to safety above all. "She kind of prides herself on performing through like weather or rain... but when it's unsafe, you got to do what you got to do," he said, echoing Taylor's sentiment that it was a postponement, not a cancellation.

A touchdown for love

Rumor has it that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's parents have already set a date to meet. Donna and Ed Kelce and Andrea and Scott Swift are expected to meet for the first time early next week. This is because the Philadelphia Eagles, which is now the Swift family's favorite team, face off against the Kansas City Chiefs for Monday Night Football, according to 'ETOnline'No pressure, right?

Will there be bad blood? The game has jokingly been referred to as a "family reunion" as Travis' older brother Jason Kelce will also be in attendance, competing on the field against the tight end. While it's unclear if Taylor herself will be there (as she's busy performing the second leg of her Eras tour in South America), the lovebirds are allegedly planning to spend Thanksgiving as well as the winter holidays together.

Also interesting:

Their love is only growing in time. According to someone close to the singer, the upcoming break in her tour won't be spent alone but with Travis. "Taylor has a two-month break in her tour, taking December and January off," an 'Entertainment Tonight' source shared, "and the couple is planning to spend more time together."

From the looks of it, Travis Kelce is scoring big in the game of love, proudly standing by his superstar girlfriend. And with moves like these, who wouldn't be team Kelce?
