Reality TV star Kylie Jenner is facing another lawsuit tied to the treatment of household staff. According to People Magazine, housekeeper Juana Delgado Soto has filed claims against Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. The suit includes allegations of racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages and retaliation. The filing also comes just weeks after another housekeeper brought a separate case involving similar workplace complaints, putting fresh attention on staffing practices linked to Jenner’s home.

Juana Delgado Soto Details Workplace Allegations
Soto says she began working for Jenner in 2019, but the situation allegedly worsened in 2023 after Sibrian became her supervisor. The lawsuit claims Soto was mocked over her accent, immigration status and race, and was also called stupid. She further alleges that meal and rest breaks were withheld during her employment. In 2024, Soto says she reported the treatment to human resources. The complaint states Sibrian was briefly removed, then returned, after which Soto says her pay was cut, her workload increased and her schedule was changed.
April Letter to Kylie Jenner Sits at Center of Case
The lawsuit says tensions escalated in April 2025, when Soto wrote a letter directly addressing the conditions she says she had endured. She allegedly placed it on Jenner’s massage bed before a scheduled appointment. “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn't allow this to happen, if you were aware of it,” Soto wrote according to People Magazine. The filing argues that the letter marked a turning point in how Soto was treated at work.
Lawsuit Alleges Rules About Eye Contact and Water
Soto claims the day after leaving the letter, she was threatened with termination. “Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear,' ” the lawsuit alleged. The complaint also says Soto faced restricted bathroom access, was assigned to clean Jenner’s doghouse and was barred from drinking water in the home, which staff allegedly referred to as “Kylie's water.” Soto later resigned by text in August 2025, citing anxiety, sleepless nights and constant mistreatment.
Second Housekeeper Case Adds Pressure
This is not the only legal complaint now tied to Jenner’s staff operations. Attorney Della Shaker is also representing Angelica Vazquez, another housekeeper who sued in mid-April. As reported by the source, Vazquez accused Jenner and the same service companies of treating her “with hostility and exclusion.” Neither lawsuit makes direct claims against Jenner personally. A representative for Jenner had no comment when contacted, and another spokesperson said she had not yet seen the lawsuit. Even so, the parallel cases place the occasion under a sharper legal and public spotlight.
