King Carl Gustaf of Sweden (76) says in an Instagram post:"My family and I are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my dear relative, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II."
"The Queen has served her country and the Commonwealth with extraordinary dedication and duty. She was a constant presence, not only in British society but internationally as well. For my family, she has always been an affair of the heart and a valuable part of our shared family history.", the Swedish king continued.

The Danish royal family turns to the new king, Charles III.
Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (82) addressed King Charles (73) directly in her post with warm words. "Deeply moved by the sad news of the death of your beloved mother, I send you and Camilla my warmest thoughts and prayers".
