Duchess Meghan (41) was spotted buying flowers at the Montecito Farmer's Market, a weekly market in Montecito, a few days ago.

With her was their beagle guy, as photos show. But it was precisely Guy that became a problem.

Duchess Meghan violates ban on dogs

According to the 'Today', Guy is one of two dogs. In addition to the adopted beagle, Meghan and Harry have a Labrador named Pula, which they got shortly after their wedding.
