Following their move back to the United Kingdom, Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry are also reorganizing their children’s daily routines. Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are reportedly set to attend an exclusive private preschool in the UK, with annual tuition of more than $35,000, according to Page Six. The school has not been named for privacy reasons. However, the report says the children could start as early as this week.
Archie and Lilibet Are Transferring to an Exclusive Private School
According to the report, the school features an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, expansive lawns, and several sports fields with artificial turf. It also has art studios, science labs, a large theater, and a center for music and the performing arts. The campus includes an upscale cafeteria serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. InStyle also reports that the children will leave their current private school in Montecito to begin a new chapter of their education in the UK.
Parents Received a Notice Regarding Photos and Videos
Before the start of the school year, parents at an upscale UK school reportedly received a letter concerning photos and videos of students. According to sources close to the school, parents were asked not to photograph or record other children without permission or share such content on social media. However, it has since been reported that Archie and Lilibet do not attend the school where the letter was sent. The two are still expected to start school this week.
Return to England After Six Years in California
The change of schools follows the family’s move back to England. Meghan and Harry had lived in California for six years after stepping down from their royal duties in 2020. Earlier this month, it was reported that the couple planned to return to the United Kingdom for an extended period. Among the reasons cited were being closer to King Charles III and giving their children stronger ties to the royal family. The family reportedly moved out of their $14 million estate in Montecito last week.
