According to the British Express, it has not yet been decided whether the Sussexes will receive permanent police protection in the United Kingdom at taxpayers’ expense. A review is reportedly underway following their move, but the Home Office has not yet responded.
Harry has been fighting for years to have his security protection reinstated. In July, he was informed that the risk assessment he had requested had been completed. He is said to have sent several letters to the Royal and VIP Executive Committee and the Home Secretary seeking information about the results.
Archie and Lilibet’s Walk to School Is Considered a Challenge
The focus right now is on the children’s daily commute to school. A family friend told the Telegraph: “It is absolutely the biggest area of concern. It creates the most dangers.”
Former police bodyguard Scott Hamer, who worked for 14 years in a special unit tasked with protecting members of the royal family, also pointed out the risks associated with fixed starting and ending points.
Although the route could be changed, the school and place of residence would remain the same. The family’s home and the children’s school are therefore being kept secret. According to reports, their residence is located outside London.
