The couple, along with Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, attended an apocalypse-themed party in Toronto. The theme provided a perfect disguise for the foursome, allowing them to enjoy a carefree night out incognito. "It was so great. Just silly fun," Meghan recalled.
The Outfits That Stole the Show
Prince Harry borrowed his friend Tom Hardy's Mad Max costume, while Meghan sported a camo tank with torn black shorts and fishnet stockings. "If that’s the Apocalypse, I thought, bring on the end of the world," Harry wrote of her outfit in his memoir, 'Spare'.
Halloween Magic Continues
Fast forward to today, and the couple has tried to pass on their love for Halloween to their children, Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2). However, Meghan admitted on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' in 2021 that their son Archie wasn't too keen on his dinosaur costume. Meanwhile, little Lilibet was dressed as a skunk, "like Flower from Bambi," Meghan described.
Living the Californian Dream
After stepping back from their royal roles in 2020, the Sussexes relocated to Meghan’s home state, California. "We're just happy," Meghan said on the show. The couple now resides in the same Santa Barbara enclave as Ellen DeGeneres and were even guests at her vow renewal ceremony with wife Portia de Rossi.
