Princess Madeleine is having trouble

Ahead of Princess Madeleine returning to Sweden this summer, she is facing a challenge. The sale of Madeleine's home in Pinecrest, Florida is apparently not going as planned.

"There is simply no buyer for the seven million dollar villa. It is an exceptionally beautiful house. It's not typical of the area, it's more of a 'trophy home' because it's so beautiful," broker Judy Zeder told 'Expressen'.

Nevertheless, the villa is not quite as appealing to potential buyers. Now the sale price has even been reduced by 200,000 dollars.

"We have decided to adjust the price a little. But all is well," says the realtor. Further, she affirms: "The market is the market. We changed the pricing a little bit, just a little bit. But everything is fine with the house."
