Many well-known faces from European royal families gathered at the memorial service in St. George's Chapel. However, the presence of a certain British royal caused a stir among fans... We are talking about Lady Louise Windsor (18)!
The youngest granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II (95), and Prince Philip usually keeps out of the public eye, but to pay tribute to her grandfather, the 18-year-old appeared alongside her brother James, Viscount Severn, 14, and her parents Sophie, Countess of Wessex (57), and Prince Edward (58). With her appearance, Lady Louise stole the show.
Lady Louise Windsor: The Queen's granddaughter is stunning
Lady Louise Windsor wore a dark blue dress, dark shoes, a dark cardigan, a clutch bag, and a fascinator. Wow! The resemblance to her grandmother, the Queen, cannot be denied.
The Queen herself was also present next to her, appearing in a green ensemble in the church alongside her son Prince Andrew (62). The other children of her and Prince Philip were also present with their families.
For the occasion, the royals opted for black or dark green clothing. Duchess Kate (40) and Prince William (39) left little Prince Louis (3) at home, but George (8) and Charlotte (6) were allowed to attend the memorial service.
Prince Harry (37), Duchess Meghan (40) and their two children were not present at the service in honor of Prince Philip. This caused a lot of excitement in the run-up to the funeral service.
Other European royals traveled to London for the memorial. But despite the large royal squad, Louise Windsor was the highlight of the day for many fans. The Queen's granddaughter has grown into a gorgeous young woman and will certainly be a great support to her grandmother.
