- The royals rarely comment on Harry and Meghan drama
- But a royal was just asked point blank about Prince Harry
- Here's how Mike Tindall handled the Harry question
Tension in the air! This is what happened when a certain royal was asked about Prince Harry.
Normally, Mike Tindall, husband of Zara Phillips, is a jokester who always has something light-hearted to say about his royal relatives.
But not so much this time, when it came to Prince Harry!
Royally awkward: Mike Tindall got asked about Prince Harry
On his podcast The Good, the Bad and the Rugby, Mike Tindall quickly quieted down when he was asked about the divisive prince.
The episode was actually about the upcoming Christmas with the royals and the past year.
But then Tindall's co-host James Haskell jumped in with the amusing question: "It is going to be pin the tail on Harry, like running him around and trying to...? Smash the pinata?"
Also interesting:
Of course, Haskell alludes to the British children's game, in which blindfolded kids try to pin a tail as accurately as possible on a picture of a donkey.
Tindall's response to the cheeky questions? Silence... and then changing the subject.
Mike Tindall's distance from Harry was already evident at the service for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
While his wife Zara happily chatted with Harry and Meghan outside the church, Princess Anne's son-in-law kept his distance and appeared to ignore the couple
