'NCIS' comeback of Daniela Ruah

The actress reveals her 'NCIS' comeback on Instagram. However, her new role is not taking place in front of the camera, but rather behind it! Daniela is directing two episodes each for 'NCIS' and 'NCIS: Hawaii'.

Daniela chatted with 'Deadline' about her new job: "Kensi was born as a character on NCIS, 15 years ago, so now to be able to step onto that set again, as a director, with that incredible cast and crew, is an absolute honor."

She further stated: "So many familiar faces and people I love and they’ve welcomed me with open arms. It’s like coming home."

Many fans would also like to see Daniela make a comeback in her role as "Kensi", which wouldn't be completely unrealistic, as LL Cool J is also returning to 'NCIS: Hawaii' as "Sam Hanna".
