Chip and Joanna Gaines chose the name "Hotel 1928" for their new hotel. The building dates back to that year and was known as the "Karem Shrine Building" for a long time.
When Chip and Joanna finish the renovation, the hotel will have 33 rooms across four floors. In addition to a restaurant, the two are also planning a ballroom that can be rented for events such as a wedding.
"Hotel 1928" is scheduled to open in autumn 2023. The 'Fixer Upper' fans will be able to watch the process unfold in the coming months.
