What more can you ask for? America's Next Top Model is a show that gives us insight into the world of fashion, modelling and, of course, the drama that comes with all of that. A large number of female contestants compete for their spot as the nation's next top model, traveling across the US honing their skills with the help of the show's host, former supermodel, Tyra Banks. We think you guys can tell why this is one of our favourites...

Survivor was all the rage back during its release in the early 2000´s! The show's premise is that contestants were thrown into tribes on a deserted island and left to live off the land. Only a select few are able to make do with what they had and manage to leave the island as a "Survivor". With the help of sassy host Jeff Probst, this show was at its peak back in 2001!

Ahh... The Real Housewives. The peak of reality TV! Ever wondered what very wealthy housewives do all day? Wonder no more— this show gives you all the details. From constant drama to the more than occasional shopping spree, we seem to be fascinated by how these women live their lives! So fascinated to the point of multiple spin-offs located in several different cities! 

Now onto one of the more controversial reality TV shows. Toddlers and Tiaras' premise is pretty simple. Get your child to take part in a beauty pageant and document the entire thing. Not the worst of ideas, right? Well, the controversy comes into play when the kid's behaviour gets very inappropriate, very quickly. The children on the show are considered spoiled, obnoxious and stubborn, but like we all know, all publicity is good publicity! Thanks to one of the most popular kids, Alana Thompson, the show rose to fame overnight! Alana, a.k.a "Honey Boo Boo," eventually got her own show on TLC...   

Moving onto a multi-million dollar franchise, The Bachelor! The show is simple— one extremely attractive guy and a large number of female contestants searching for love! The girls all get the chance to date the young man at the same time which, of course, is bound to cause some drama! We still can't wait to find out who gets the last rose of the night... 

Celebrities attempting to lead "normal lives"? Well, that's what The Simple Life is all about! Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie set out to claim the jobs of the average middle-class American worker! From being housewives to driving trucks cross-country to working on a farm, these girls get to do it all, and all for the sake of our entertainment! With over 5 seasons, you're bound to have a laugh or two watching them! 

A family worth millions! Keeping Up With the Kardashians gives us a behind-the-scenes look at what the life of this celebrity family is like... From day-to-day encounters to the occasional family problem, the Kardashians don't have the easiest of lives, at least on TV...

Give eight Italian-Americans a summer house on the Jersey shore and you're bound to witness some crazy stuff! This show was at its peak during Jersey Shore's first season, where "Snooki" aka Nicole Polizzi was seen passed out on the floor. The scene became a viral sensation, rocketing the reality TV show into the top 10! There were a grand total of 6 seasons released.

Imagine The Bachelor, but instead of a random attractive guy, it's Flavor Flav! Let's face it, he needs love too, and now, 20 women have to fight for it! In the comfort of his villa in Encino, California, of course...  A slight twist on The Bachelor that got millions of views during its prime back in 2006!

We consider The Real World to be the birth of reality TV! The concept was revolutionary at the time— a group of young adults filmed around the clock whilst living in a huge house. The juiciest parts would be edited together with dramatic music in the background. Who knew that this show would spark the reality TV trend? It's so simple, yet so entertaining!
