The 'Roswell' Cast: Then And Now

The SciFi drama series Roswell ran for 3 action-packed seasons, which were produced from 1999 until 2002. The show follows the lives of  "Liz", "Max", "Isabel" and "Michael", who are all aliens in human form, and their friends. The existence of these alien teens living in Roswell, New Mexico is a closely guarded secret and the public knows nothing except that a UFO crashed in the desert near Roswell back in the 1940s. However, this quickly changes when the government finds out about the teens' origins...

Jason Behr played "Max Evans" on Roswell. "Max" and his sister "Isabel" are both aliens who have been raised as human beings. Nobody in the town of Roswell knows that they are not from this world, but from the planet Antar. "Max" even falls in love with "Liz Parker", one of his classmates, and eventually the two become a couple.

After the series ended, Jason Behr starred in a variety of different TV shows. He even appeared on the big screen, playing roles in movies such as The Grudge, Men of Good and Frost. Sadly, he wasn't much of a success on the big screen. His most recent role was in the series Breakout Kings back in 2012. He has been married to actress KaDee Strickland since 2006 and they have a son together.

Shiri Appleby played "Liz Parker". "Max" saves her life at some point in the series. Initially, "Liz" doesn't know that "Max" is actually an alien. During the course of the series, the two fall in the love and eventually even get married in the end.

"Liz" on Roswell was Shiri Appleby's first major role. After the series came to an end, she starred in several movies and TV shows such as ER, Chicago Fire and Life Unexpected. From 2013 until 2014, she appeared in four episodes of the hit U.S. series Girls. From 2015 until 2018, she has starred in the Lifetime/Hulu series UnREAL. The actress is currently married and has both a daughter and a son.

Brendan Fehr played alien "Michael Guerin", "Isabel" and "Max's" best friend. "Michael" is slightly different than the other aliens due to the fact that he has problems integrating into everyday life. At some point in the series, he falls in love with "Liz's" best friend "Maria". The two have an on/off relationship.

After Roswell ended, Brandon Fehr starred in various films including, Final Destination and Kill Me Later. In 2005 he was cast in the hit series CSI: Miami. He has starred in Night Shift from 2014 until 2017. His last big screen appearance was in the hit movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.1. He is currently married to Jennifer Rowely. The two have been together since 2006 and have three daughters.

Katherine Heigl played "Isabel", "Max's" sister. Roswell was Heigl's TV debut. Katherine and her then co-star Jason Behr actually were in a relationship for 2 years.

After Roswell ended in 2001, Heigl went on to star in a number of TV movies. She was cast as "Izzie Stevens" in Grey's Anatomy back in 2005,which turned her into an international star. Heigl left the show to concentrate on her film career. She has starred in a number of comedies over the years such as 27 Dresses and The Big Wedding. Katherine got married to musician Josh Kelley back in 2007 and they have two adopted children. She gave birth to their third child in 2016.

Emilie de Ravin played "Tess Harding". She is the only one out of the four alien teens that actually remembers her alien past. She has the ability to manipulate other humans' thoughts. She helps "Max", "Isabel" and "Michael" develop their alien abilities throughout the course of the series.
