'Twin Peaks': Where Is The Cast Today?

The hit TV Show Twin Peaks aired from 1990 until 1991 and has since then become an absolute cult classic show among fans all around the world. The series tells the story of the FBI agent "Dale Cooper," played by Kyle MacLachlan, who is investigating the mysterious disappearance of high school beauty "Laura Palmer".

Twin Peaks wasn't the only successful series Kyle MacLachlan was a part of. He also played the role of "Trey," "Charlotte's" husband, in the hit series Sex and the City. He also starred in the 2017 continuation of Twin Peaks, which takes place 20 years after the original show.

He's won a Golden Globe for Best Actor and has been nominated for two Emmys! MacLachlan has been featured in How I met Your Mother, Portlandia, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Desperate Housewives, and The Good Wife. He has also earned a spot as one of critically acclaimed director David Lynch's main actors, also appearing in Blue Velvet and Dune! 

He married publicist Desiree Gruber in 2002 and the two had a son in 2008!

Sheryl Lee played the role of murder victim "Laura Palmer," a seemingly perfect, normal girl. Behind the curtains, she was hiding a raging drug addiction as well as numerous affairs.

The mystery surrounding her tragic murder is what drives the story.

Sheryl Lee had a double role on the show Twin Peaks. Not only did she play the role of "Laura", but she also played "Laura's" cousin "Maddy Ferguson". She was never able to get another major role in any other film or TV show after Twin Peaks. However, she had cameos in numerous shows such as House M.D., and Dirty Sexy Money.

She also was a part of the Psych homage episode and returned for 2017's Twin Peaks.

Ray Wise played the role of "Laura Palmer's" father, "Leland Palmer" in the hit show Twin Peaks. The family seemed to have had the perfect life before the death of their daughter "Laura". After her death, his world fell apart.

Even after Twin Peaks, Ray Wise was still able to maintain his acting career, having numerous cameos in shows such as NCIS. He had leading roles in shows like Savannah and Reaper. Wise also had a role in the famous soap opera The Young and the Restless. He's been on the show Fresh Off The Boat since 2015 and also appeared as "Leland Palmer" again for 2 episodes of the reboot of Twin Peaks in 2017.

He was also in the Psych homage episode titled "Dual Spires."

"James Hurley," played by James Marshall, comes from a broken family and never really had it easy in life. Even though "Laura Palmer" was publicly going out with "Bobby Briggs," "James" had been her secret boyfriend...

James has also had many cameos in productions like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Gladiator. He sadly was physically affected by a drug and sued the pharmaceutical company. His famous friends like Martin Sheen and Rob Reiner even testified for him in the suit. 

Now he has jump-started his career as a musician and returned to David Lynch's 2017 reboot of Twin Peaks.

Sherilyn Fenn portrayed the wealthy "Audrey Horne" in Twin Peaks. Her father "Ben Horne" never really liked his strong-headed daughter, but was definitely interested in "Laura Palmer". Her secret double life is so interesting to follow...

Just like most Twin Peaks stars, Sherilyn Fenn had mostly cameos in a variety of different shows such as CSI after Twin Peaks ended. She was last seen in the film Unnatural in 2015 and naturally also appeared as "Audrey Horne" again in the limited series reboot of Twin Peaks. She still dabbles in different shows and TV movies like Gilmore Girls, and Shameless. 

She was even featured in the Twin Peaks homage episode of Psych!
