Launched in 2016, the event returns to the Principality ten years after its first edition. Delegations from Andorra, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and Malta are represented in Monaco. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross are also participating.

The event will cover several pressing issues, with discussions focusing on migration, climate change, mental health, youth participation, good governance, and emergency preparedness.

The discussions aim to develop joint solutions and strengthen cooperation among small European societies.
