Before getting his big break, comedian Jack McBrayer got his start on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, where he was known for channeling his southern upbringing into hilarious hillbilly characters!
He met Tina Fey, producer and fellow co-star of 30 Rock, back in the late 1990s, while working at The Second City and IO Theater in Chicago.
