Cody Fern was born on July 6, 1988 in the town of Southern Cross, Australia. He began his acting career in 2008, starring in several short films over the next several years. In 2017, he had his first role in a major motion picture, playing the character "Jim" in The Tribes of Palos Verdes.
Fern took on the role of "David Madson" in American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace in 2018.
