Ariana Grande made quite the big purchase recently when she bought a brand-new house in the Hollywood Hills!
Grande's multimillion dollar home a staggering 10,000 square feet
Grande's $13.7 million new home is said to be an "ultra-modern property" which was newly designed by the L.A.-based iDGroup. Located in the Bird Streets neighbourhood, it appears to be quite scenic, with both "canyon and ocean views"!
People also mentions that Grande's expensive new digs include "floor-to-ceiling windows lining the lower entertainment level and pocketed walls that open up to an infinity pool in the outdoor space."
The 10,000 square foot property boasts "four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a fitness studio, a wellness center and an office." The lower floor even contains a bar as well as a wine cellar, and glass balconies are on all three floors!
Grande buys home shortly after she's revealed to be off the market
Grande's expensive purchase comes just two months after a source told People that the pop star is dating Los Angeles realtor Dalton Gomez. She reportedly bought the home off-market at a significant discount from its previous asking prices. Two years ago it was going for $25.5 million, and more recently, $17.495 million.
Another inside source shared with People that Grande and Gomez have been together since January, and are social distancing in Grande's current L.A. home. "Ariana is staying at home with friends. She is very serious about self-distancing and has been with the same group of people for days," the insider said of Grande.
Grande keeping relationship with new boyfriend out of spotlight
Grande also wants to keep her new relationship on the down low. "One of the people she is with right now is Dalton — they have been hanging out for a couple of months," the insider shared. "Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton."
As People reports, when Grande was engaged to Saturday Night Live's Pete Davidson back in 2018, she purchased a $16 million dollar apartment in Manhattan. Designed by an architect, Grande's New York property features "a juice bar, a "wellness level," a 75-foot indoor pool lit from above by a massive skylight and a genuine IMAX theater."
