Danielle Fishel is owning up to her mistakes, and is realizing she has some growth to do! The former Boy Meets World star is reflecting on past behaviours and has taken the time to apologize to her co-star, Trina McGee.

Earlier this year, McGee opened up about her time on set and revealed that she often felt out of place and "othered" by her co-stars. Furthermore, the actress goes on to say she was even called "Aunt Jemima", and felt her time on set was met with racism often.

Will Friedle came forward following these allegations, admitting it was he who made the remarks, but now it is Fishel's turn to apologize.

Danielle Fishel recognizes her wrong-doing's

Fishel took to Twitter to post pro-Black Lives Matter content, to which a fan questioned her on whether or not she is taking her activism beyond social media.

"I owed [Trina McGee] an apology for being rude, cold, & distant when she guest-starred on GMW (her tweet regarding warm hellos being met with cold blank stares was about me). Trina and I spoke over a month ago and she gracefully accepted my apology," Fishel responded to the fan.

Trina McGee has not commented on Fishel's tweet.
